  • WATCH YOUR RATIOS: We recommend the Golden Rule of a 18:1 ratio. That is 1 part coffee (2 TBS) for every 18 parts water (6 OZ). That works out 10 g of coffee per 180 ml of water
  • MAKE IT HOW YOU WANT IT: Our roasts are ground to the ideal texture that can be used in coffee pots, chemex's, french presses, aeropresses, or other drip methods
