Suggested use
Mix 2 slightly rounded scoops daily with 6-12 ounces of water or the beverage of your choice. May be minimally sweetened if desired. For best results, add liquid in a blender-type bottle, shaker cup, or electric blender, then add the powder. Our Micellar Casein should not be blended with a spoon.
Note: 30 grams per 2 slightly rounded scoops is an average. Individual scooping technique may yield slightly less than or slightly more than 30 grams.
