This potting soil is specially formulated for both indoor and outdoor container plants, and feeds up to 6 months. Repotting your indoor plants should be done on a regular basis to help maintain beauty and growth. Select a new pot that is slightly larger than the original with drainage holes. Fill the pot with enough Expert Gardener™ Potting Mix for Potted Plants so that the rootball of the plant is approximately 1 inch below the pot rim. Pat the soil down gently and water. For outdoor plants, make sure to use containers with drainage holes. Fill the container with Expert Gardener™ Potting Mix for Potted Plants within 1 inch of the rim container and firmly press down on the soil. Form holes in the soil and plant your plants. Gently water. Repot your plants with Expert Gardener™ Potting Mix for Potted Plants if plant is root-bound, leaves are yellow or wilting, or potting mix surface becomes crusty or slimy.
