Suggested use
Take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily.

Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), ascorbyl palmitate and silicon dioxide.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients.
NOW® Extra Strength Beta-Glucans has over twice the Beta-Glucans (250 mg per capsule) as in our regular strength product (100 mg per capsule).
